The title says it all. I do most of my running at Wash Park in Denver, CO. Whether it's running to the park and back, doing loops around the park, etc, Wash Park is my go to route.
Some days I get up to Boulder and run Mags or even just a chill run on South Boulder Creek/Bobolink and the Res for some soft roads and tougher options.
Sunday is the best day, because there is normally a race going on. Well 20 people are racing and 500 people are sort of walk/jogging. We play 5k Bingo and look for the person with the most accessories. A good score is someone in a pair of Vibram's, Camelbak, Fuel Belt, GPS and iPod. Proper needs for your local 5k.
A bit about me, currently fat and out of shape. My goal for 2012 is to run over 2000 miles at the Park or in routes going to/from and pad it with runs in Boulder. If I get there it will be a good sign that a) the Mayan calendar was incorrect and b) I'm not injured
That's about it, off to hit the park this morning for about 5 miles or so before work!
